What a Site Visit Report Includes

A site visit report gives the client enough evidence to decide without sending someone back: Who Was Present, When, Where, What Was Seen, and Proof.

Core Elements

Order details, Representative ID, date and time of visit, GPS location, outcome of the visit and written observations.

Photo Evidence

Date-time stamped, location-stamped photos of the premises, signage, asset and surroundings, with identifiers such as VIN or serial number where relevant.

Findings and Discrepancies

Anything that differs or is inconsistent with the file: wrong address, different business name, vacant space, missing asset.

Quality Review

Confirmation that a reviewer checked the photos, notes, and data obtained before delivery.

Delivery Format

Portal download, API or file feed that fits the client's system, with a retained audit trail.
