Base Rate
This rate generally covers most metropolitan areas within the United States, except the states of Hawaii and New York. These are as more particularly identified by zip code on the NCCI web site or by calling NCCI.

NCCI Extended Area Rate
This rate applies to outlying areas, generally 40 to 75 miles from the center of a metropolitan area. These are as more particularly identified by zip code on the NCCI web site or by calling NCCI.

Premium Rate Area
This rate applies to the states of Hawaii, New York.

Remote Area Rate
To be quoted for price and timing and to be authorized in advance on a case by case basis. This rate applies to areas generally 75 or more miles from a metropolitan area. These are as more particularly identified by zip code on the NCCI website or by calling NCCI.
