NCCI provides a unique approach towards loss mitigation, not offered by any other servicing vendor. Our Loss Mitigation Program combines our proven face-to-face field contact program with internal skip tracing and borrower interview services.
Each Loss Mitigation Request (LMR) is handled as an individual file by NCCI. A minimum of three field contact attempts, a letter campaign and outgoing phone calls are part of our documented borrower contact efforts. Once contacted, we educate the borrower on loss mitigation alternatives (specific to your process) and obtain valuable contact information as well as a financial snapshot on your borrower.
Our final Loss Mitigation Reports will detail our entire efforts to include recommendations from our staff. Such diligent efforts will serve to “set the table” for you so you can maximize your ability to reduce foreclosures.
All reports and findings are web based and can be accessed 24/7, 365 days a year.
