Call
Center Outsourcing
NCCI will conduct "Incoming Triage
Calls" from one of our following call center locations; California,
Texas or Nebraska. Loss Mitigation Specialists will
pre-screen borrowers for the HAMP program or other servicer
specific plans. All results will be forwarded via our secure
web portal to the servicer or input directly into the servicer's
system of record. NCCI capacity, via use of strategic
partnerships is greater than 10,000 incoming calls per day.
Pricing can be considered per call or per resource, per hour based
on client needs.
Qualification,
Processing and Verification Outsourcing
NCCI can fulfill current backlog
with incomplete borrower income documents that require further
resources for completion in an effort to determine qualification
for existing servicer programs. NCCI will execute and process
the file while updating the servicer system of record in real
time. NCCI's exclusive web-based Loss Mitigation
Workflow tool provides the servicer unparalleled visibility of
campaign progress on a granular level.
Borrower
Engagement and Fulfillment Outsourcing
NCCI will re-attempt
"un-fulfilled" Loan Modifications yet to be executed by borrowers
within the timeframe of the Loan Modification expiration.
NCCI utilizes industry leading networks of field contact
professionals to assist in direct contact of disengaged
borrowers. Loan Modifications can be electronically signed or
notarized via LPS-Closing Stream. Real-time reporting and
electronic delivery of executed Modifications are part of our
provided service.
Specific Loss Mitigation Outsourcing
Desk
NCCI can create customized Loss Mitigation workflow desks to
handle overflow needs as follows:
- Short Sale Fulfillment-
Conduct fulfillment of short sales from point of borrower contact
to final approval from servicer. Services include borrower
contact, document trailing, BPO and Title review, Short Sale
Package review and qualification and submission to servicer for
final approval
- Deed in Lieu Fulfillment-Conduct
fulfillment of Deed in Lieu from point of borrower contact to final
approval from servicer. Services include gathering required
borrower documentation, conducting required due diligence to ensure
thorough review and qualification.
- Forbearance Plan Fulfillment-
Conduct fulfillment of Forbearance Plans from point of borrower
contact to final approval from servicer. Services include
gathering required borrower documentation, conducting required due
diligence to ensure thorough review and qualification.
