Our NCCI Field Representatives adhere to all statewide standards as well as national FDCPA certification. Our representatives carry an NCCI ID Card for identification purposes, and are required to follow dress code and conduct policies. Our Field Representatives will take a complimentary photo of your assets, when feasible. Through our secure website, our representatives use first-generation contact letters in the field. Each letter has your customer's name, your collector's name and contact information already professionally created. We do not fax, scan or handwrite the names of your customers on the letters.
