Criminal Background Checks (Westlaw)
NCCI performs 7 year criminal background checks on all of its employees and over 600 Field Representatives. NCCI uses Westlaw, the leading publisher for attorneys. The criminal background search covers over 200 data bases as well as Sex Offender Registries in all States. This is in addition to training of Field Representatives in the requirements of FDCPA and various State statutes related to debt collection.
