What is a Field Call?

A field call is a specific service request where a personal visit is made to a delinquent borrower’s residence or place of employment to mitigate any potential losses. The field representatives role is to act as the “eyes and ears” of the creditor. Field Calls are commonly referred to as “chases” or “door knocks.”
