NCCI has been in business since 1992 and has opened satellite
offices in Omaha, NE and Dallas, TX.
Q: Does NCCI carry Error and Omissions Insurance? A:
Yes, NCCI holds a $5M Liability and Errors & Omissions
insurance policy that covers ALL of our independent
contractors.
Q: Is NCCI licensed in all 50 states? A:
Yes, NCCI carries Business Licenses in all 50 states and also
has Collection Licenses in all states that require licensing?
Q: Is NCCI SAS 70 Certified? A:
NCCI is SAS 70 Type 1 Certified.
Q: Does NCCI have In-House General Counsel? A:
NCCI has In-House General Counsel which handles any issues that
may arise, quickly and professionally. Furthermore, NCCI continues
to keep "up-to-date" with changes in laws that govern the
assistance in the collection of debts, as well as required State
Licenses needed by ALL Field Service Firms.
Q: Do you pre-screen and qualify the Field Representatives? A:
We conduct extensive background searches on every field
representative. We currently conduct the industry standard seven
year nationwide criminal search. NCCI screens all potential field
representatives prior to engagement as a contractor.
