• We conduct extensive background searches on every contracted field representative. We currently conduct the industry standard seven year county level criminal search. NCCI screens all potential field representatives prior to engagement as a contractor.
  
• All NCCI field representatives carry an NCCI ID Card for identification purposes, and must adhere to dress code and conduct policies.
  
• All NCCI field representatives are FDCPA trained and tested.
  
• Our Field representatives will take a complimentary photo of your asset, when feasible.
  
• We have In-House General Counsel who handles any issues that may arise quickly and professionally; furthermore, to keep us up-to-date with changes in laws that govern the assistance in the collection of debt. To include required State Licenses and Variances needed by ALL Field Service Firms.
  
• Via our website, our representatives use first-generation contact letters in the field. Each letter has your customer’s name, your collectors name and contact information already professionally created. There is no faxing, scanning, or writing in the names of your customers on the letters.
