• We have a $5 Million Liability and Errors & Omissions insurance policy that covers ALL of our independent contractors.
  
• We conduct extensive background searches on every contracted field representative. We currently conduct the industry standard seven year county level criminal search. NCCI screens all potential field representatives prior to engagement as a contractor.
  
• All NCCI field representatives carry an NCCI ID Card for identification purposes, and must adhere to dress code and conduct policies.
  
• All NCCI field representatives are FDCPA trained and tested.
  
• Our Field representatives will take a complimentary photo of your asset, when feasible.
  
• NCCI has In-House General Counsel which handles any issues that may arise, quickly and professionally. Furthermore, NCCI continues to keep “up-to-date” with changes in laws that govern the assistance in the collection of debts, as well as required State Licenses and Variances needed by ALL Field Service Firms.
  
• Via our website, our representatives use first-generation contact letters in the field. Each letter has your customer’s name, your collector's name and contact information already professionally created. There is no faxing, scanning, or writing in the names of your customers on the letters.
