Akcelerant Announces Partnership with NCCI
Akcelerant and NCCI partner to integrate field contact services to the Akcelerant Framework
MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA – September 19, 2012 – Akcelerant, a provider of connected software technology to the financial services industry, announced today a partnership with National Creditors Connection, Inc. (NCCI), the nation’s leader in field contact services. As part of this union, NCCI’s face-to-face field call and loss mitigation services have been integrated to the Akcelerant Framework, a powerful platform that drives Akcelerant’s industry-leading collection solution.
Today, NCCI has approximately 75 customers that are already using the Framework to collect on delinquent accounts. Mutual customers can now submit field call and property inspection requests to NCCI as a built-in part of their collection process. The integration increases collection efficiency and eliminates the need to leave the Framework platform in
order to manage loss mitigation procedures with NCCI.
